Unlike other companies where reps are trained to sell excursions and hit targets, our independent reps are chosen solely to give you the best chance of finding work and giving the best experience and advice thorough out your stay.

 

Below are just a few examples of what you can expect….

 

WORK PLACEMENTS

Your reps work very hard for you and will give you all the info on your chosen resort. You’ll be 100% up to date with all the latest wages, working hours, best places to work and what mangers are looking for from their staff. On request they will even do interview role plays so you feel comfortable on interviews, and when you’re ready to start they’ll even come to visit you on your first night at work, for that added bit of moral support.

 

AIR PRO’S FAMOUS BAR CRAWL

They organize the legendary bar crawls and it’s easily our guests’ favourite night out! Let them show you the best bars and clubs in each resort with fun, games and party mayhem. Plus they’ll get you discounted drinks, free shots and much much more...

 

AIR PRO’S POOL OLYMPICS

It started off as a laugh now it’s a tradition. At least once or twice a month the competiveness in everyone comes out as we have mental games and fun in the pool around the hotel Many guests vote this as a highlight.

 

LEGENDARY THEME NIGHTS

Each week your reps invite all the previous groups on a mammoth theme night where it’s been known to hit 60-80 revellers dressing up in; school disco – Greek – geek - caveman, cavewoman, once even a random Smurf turned up... so if you do have a choice of which nights to get off work, then this is an absolute must!

 

SURF & TURF NIGHT

It’s party time over at the reps apartments where you and your group will be treated to a slap up meal followed by a number of the most bizarre drinking games you’re ever likely to play. This was started in Tenerife with our Kiwi reps and proved so popular it’s now custom.

Ibiza
This is the ultimate chill-out island with its world-class DJs and clubs. This is guaranteed to be the best summer of your life! BUT you will need to be uber confident, motivated and have thick skin as there is a lot of competition for work there. Managers are looking for people that stand out from the crowd. You also need to be quick, we only have one departure date which is right at the start of the season which gives you the best opportunity to pick up your Spanish NIE card and settle in before the season kicks off!
 
Tenerife

If its your first time working abroad we recommend a working holiday abroad in Tenerife. Tenerife managers are more willing to take on staff withlimited or no experience and train you up!  After 10 years of organizing working holidays in Tenerife we really do have the best job contacts. Our reps meet with the managers and bar owners regularly, and this makes Tenerife one of the easiest and fastest places to get a job this summer! Its the resort where we get the highest percentage of people travelling solo too.

 

Ayia Napa
Last year Ayia Napa was easily the most popular Air Pro resort. This will be no surprise to our regulars with its legendary club life and never-ending after parties. Once the season in Ayia Napa gets going, you will find loads of different jobs ranging from selling excursions to jobs working in the bars and clubs. Just make sure you get there at the right time to get the best jobs and be prepared for competition, as it is always very popular, but well worth the work!
 
Magaluf
Magaluf is the number one Stag and Hen resort in Europe! Its the resort known for having the BEST wages and BEST workers benefits around; making it the only resort in peak season you might be able to save some money to bring home. Girls tend to be hired for bar work more than guys. But this resort is cheap to get to and a great place to work and with all the press its getting recently its going to be MASSIVE in 2012!!!
 
Zante
A beginners paradise - This is truly becoming one of the best and upcoming resorts to work in, Zante is the essential mix of music, bars and party atmosphere and you will be working smack bang in the middle of it all. If you have never worked abroad before and looking for somewhere a little easier to start off, then this is also the perfect place to start. 
 
Malia
This resort has become extremely competitive for jobs with more and more Greek staff working in the bars and clubs making it far harder for British and Irish workers to find work here. Combined with a law banning bar crawls, Air Pro has regrettably decided to no longer send people to Malia on working holidays. We still have all the info about jobs in Malia on the website and can give advice if you’re heading there this summer!
